The NIS Wellness Committee invites you to participate in the NIS Fitbit Challenge!

The NIS Fitbit Challenge will start on Monday, October 24th and end Sunday, December 11th for a total of seven weeks. For seven weeks there will be two separate contests going on:

• Lone Traveler Contest – Be the top stepper in your activity level group. An individual winner each week!
• Walking the World Contest – The team with the most combined steps will be declared the winner for that week. Work together and encourage fellow members! There will be a team winner each week!

Fitbit Community Level Groups – You should have received an invitation to be a part of an activity level, if you did not receive one please contact a Wellness Team Member. Note: You were assigned to your activity group based on your average steps in the month of September. Read more

Lone Traveler Contest:

The person with the most steps each week in each of the three Activity Level groups will be declared a winner. (3 total winners each week)

On Monday morning, the Wellness Team will review the tab “Rankings for the past 7 days” for each activity level group and the individual with the most steps in each level – WINS a $25 gift card.

Walking the World Contest:

The team with the most combined steps will be declared the winner for that week. Each team will be RANDOMLY chosen and all levels will be represented in each team. Be sure to work together and encourage fellow members to have the most steps by Sunday evening.

On Monday morning the Wellness Team will review steps for each team and the team with the most steps – WINS BRAGGING RIGHTS on the BIG SHOE!

Celebration:

At the end of the seven weeks we will have a healthy lunch celebration! (Regional offices will receive a gift card for lunch)  If you didn’t win an individual prize, we will be pulling multiple winners for a gift card!

Join the Fitbit Challenge by Tuesday, October 18th! Teams will be randomly selected on Wednesday, October 19th.
