Pump Up Your Heart Challenge

How many days in the challenge can you achieve the daily goal? Motivate yourself and fellow co-workers to get a streak going and hit your daily goal each day of the challenge! Pick one of the activity level links below to participate!

We are partnering with Stridekick, which integrates with Fitbit, Jawbone, Garmin, Misfit, Apple Watch and Withings to track steps!

No fitness tracker? No problem! Use your iPhone to track your steps by downloading the Stridekick app from the app store and selecting the iPhone option or connect through Google Fit on your Android phone use your phone as your tracker.

PLUS you can manually enter in steps from your activities using this Step-Conversion-Chart or using this online calculator

Join the NIS team and let’s work together to take strides towards a healthier more active lifestyle. Connect with any leading fitness tracker, use your smartphone to track your steps or manually enter in steps and see how you stack up against the group.

Sign up via mobile: *You must connect your Apple Watch or iPhone through mobile

  1. Click on one of the below links on your mobile device:
  2. Download the Stridekick app from the iTunes or Google Play store
  3. Log in or create a Stridekick account and connect your tracking device
  4. Get moving! You’ve been added to the challenge

  2. Click Sign Up & Join Challenge (or Login & Join Challenge if you already have an account)
  3. Create your account and connect a tracking device or log in and you are all set!
  4. Get moving! You’ve been added to the challenge
