Join the NIS Team on MoveSpring (formerly Stridekick)

We’re moving our wellness challenges to MoveSpring, Stridekick’s new platform for groups. With baseline activity challenges at its core, MoveSpring aims to enhance your experience by focusing on community, engagement and wellness content. Let’s continue to work together to take strides towards a healthier, more active lifestyle.

You will be required to download a new app and create a new account. All group challenges moving forward will be on MoveSpring.

Use the web or mobile app to create an account and connect a device! To join the group and participate in the upcoming challenge as a new user, follow the steps below:

1. Click here to download the MoveSpring app from the Apple or Google Play store. Or, join from your computer.
   1. Current Challenge – Nightmare on Executive Drive
      1. JOIN – A Walk with the Dead (Walk in the Park) – Average Steps Up to 7,000
      2. JOIN – Ghouls Just Want to Have Fun (Hit Your Stride) – Average Steps 7,001 – 10,000
      3. JOIN – Sons of Witches (Movers and Shakers) – Average Steps 10,001 – 15,000
      4. JOIN – Scaredy Katz (Power Walkers) – Average Steps 15,001 and up

3. Follow the steps to create your account and connect a device.
