Flash Fitness Tuesdays starting May 10th

Great news we have added another Flash Fitness Day! Flash Fitness Tuesdays will start on May 10th in the Main Conference Room from 10:15am – 10:30am.

Every Tuesday drop in and follow the video with your co-workers for about 15 minutes. Consider it a break from your desk. Since it’s only 15 minutes, you do not need to punch in or out!  Come join us…what do you have to lose?

PLUS this is another day to get more steps into your day!

Check out the video below to see what we will be doing. No need to change shoes or clothing. Just show up and walk.
