NIS will help you communicate your benefit plan
with emails, newsletters, posters, etc.
NIS will participate in or guide you in
setting up an insurance committee.
NIS will evaluate past enrollments and work with
you to improve your upcoming enrollment.
Bidding and Renewal
60-90 days prior to renewal, NIS will help you determine if you will be staying with the same carrier or going out to bid. Either way, we will benchmark your plan, run claim analysis, and perform cost modeling/renewal estimates to be sure you are being charged appropriately.
