We use a proprietary, custom-built software application that allows your Consultant and Account Manager to follow a rigorous but fluid step-by-step plan throughout the year, house all your organization’s documentation and annual strategy in one place, and provide you with regular reports that keep you informed of progress.
Strategic Planning
Upon implementation and annually, we thoroughly analyze your entire benefit plan, including retiree benefits, if any, and then collaborate with you on your annual benefit goals. The result is a step-by-step strategic action plan which is drawn up and becomes the blueprint for the work.
Service Modules
Once the plan is in place, we add our unique Service Modules based on your priorities.
Annual Review
At the end of the plan year, a comprehensive annual review takes us back to the beginning where we set goals for the new year and implement a new plan
