Employer’s Notice of Exchange: How to fill out the DOL Form

The Department of Labor’s Notice of Exchange Form must be completed by the employer and provided to current employees before October 1, 2013. This notice explains their health insurance options under healthcare reform. Watch this video to learn how to properly complete this form and the guidelines for sending this notice to your employees.
