Hank Ehrsam learned from his father’s example: be honest, work hard and put family first. Everything Hank does is because of these values. As President of National Insurance Services (NIS), Hank’s role is handling the day-to-day operations, which he accomplishes through his dedication, persistent work ethic, and creative strategic thinking.

Hank has worked at NIS since 1993, spending time in the Customer Service and Underwriting Departments, prior to spending the last 15 years as the Vice President of Sales and Service. The majority of his career has been working with the public sector. Hank understands the economic and political pressure that governmental organizations manage daily and works diligently with his sales and marketing staff to deliver reliable solutions that bridge the gap between employer, board, and bargaining unit.
