Hank Ehrsam learned from his father’s example: be honest, work hard and put family first. Everything Hank does is because of these values. As Vice President of Sales and Service, Hank’s role is to support growth in all regions, which he accomplishes through his dedication, persistent work ethic and creative strategic thinking.
Hank was hired by National Insurance Services of Wisconsin, Inc. (NIS), in 1993 and has worn many hats within the organization. More importantly, the majority of his career has been working with the public sector. Hank understands the economic and political pressure that governmental organizations manage daily and works diligently with his sales and service staff to deliver reliable solutions that bridge the gap between employer, board and bargaining unit.
