Jodi Koepke is a reliable, detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing thoughtful, responsive support. She enjoys working closely with clients to meet their needs with care and precision.
In her role as Implementation Specialist, Jodi works with new and established NIS clients, guiding them through a smooth onboarding process and facilitating a smooth transition to their ongoing service team. She communicates with customers post-sale for enrollment materials and collaborates with Underwriting and Billing for new case implementation. Jodi also manages the review and distribution of group plan documents. She is a licensed insurance agent with a strong background in customer service and sales.
