Deepa Kamath is a dedicated and adaptable professional who thrives on collaboration and delivering exceptional service. Deepa joined NIS to grow her expertise in group insurance and approaches each day with a positive attitude, believing that success comes through consistency and teamwork.
In her role as Implementation Specialist, Deepa works with new and established NIS clients, guiding them through a smooth onboarding process and facilitating a smooth transition to their ongoing service team. She communicates with customers post-sale for enrollment materials and collaborates with Underwriting and Billing for new case implementation. Deepa also manages the review and distribution of group plan documents. She is a licensed insurance agent with a strong background in customer service and sales.
