Kyla Cook believes that old-fashioned customer service practices are still vital in today’s marketplace. “With technology and quality of life advancing so quickly, much of the human aspect is being erased,” says Kyla. “It is refreshing to be part of an organization that still values the human approach.”
Kyla brought public relations and customer service skills with her when National Insurance Services hired her in 2009 as a Field Service Representative for the Indiana region. In 2012, Kyla was promoted to a Market Development position at our Minnesota office. She specializes in group insurance programs for public schools, cities and counties in Minnesota.
